Introducing the Colégas Collegiate Seminars Series
This 5-seminar series focuses on diversity in the workplace - from the #MeToo movement to ethnic differences to self-identity. Instead of focusing on differences, we will be emphasizing how diversity creates competitive advantages and strengths. More importantly, we teach how to build and capitalize on these advantages to be more competitive in any industry.
Who the Collegiate Seminars are for
We designed the Collegiate Seminars around the needs of managers, educators, entrepreneurs, leaders, and Human Resources specialists. That said, if you work with other people in any way, from clients, to teams, audiences, students, and all diverse groups, these Seminars will benefit your business or organization.
The Seminars are for those interested in developing leadership skills to move up in a company, improve communication and interaction within departments, or for those starting their own ventures. The Seminars look at the human component and harness these insights to create shifts in thinking that will open new and untapped opportunities. This allows participants to capitalize on this insight and grow their expertise from the very first class.
Seminars are currently taught in-person by Dr. Marie Nubia-Feliciano, a highly respected educator, researcher and academic with many years of experience teaching and public speaking. She is currently a faculty member at Chapman University and a guest Lecturer at UC Irvine. Her full CV can be viewed here.
Future Collegiate Seminars series will be taught by equally qualified and sought-after academics. We will announce additional instructors in the coming months.
We are currently running a discounted special at $599 per Seminar or $2499 for the entire 5-Seminar series. Seating is limited to 25 attendees, so please register as soon as possible. Spaces fill up quickly so don’t miss out on this great opportunity! HRCI & SHRM continuing education credits available.
